We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Level 1) to lead multiple IT and Operational Technology (OT) initiatives. The successful candidate will manage Engineering/Public Works technology projects, Public Safety initiatives, and Meeting Room Technology implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a solid background in IT project management, stakeholder engagement, governance, change management, and project execution in a public sector environment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Diploma or Certificate (2-year minimum) in:
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- e-Commerce
- Information Technology
- or related discipline

Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.

Experience:
- 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects.




- 2+ years of experience working as a designated Project Manager.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience delivering projects exceeding $1M in budget and/or lasting more than one year.

Preferred Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CAPM
- PgMP

Experience delivering projects involving:
- SCADA upgrades
- Operational Technology (OT)
- Public Works technology
- Engineering systems
- Asset Management platforms
- Meeting/Conference Room Technology
