We are looking for a data-driven, forward-thinking, and hands-on Digital Marketing Expert with 3 to 4 years of experience to drive our digital growth engine. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, leverage CRM platforms to maximize customer retention, and spearhead next-generation organic visibility through up-to-date SEO, AEO, and GEO practices.

Role & responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Strategize, set up, and optimize high-converting paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage daily budgets, monitor ad spend, and continuously optimize for key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

2. Modern Organic Growth (SEO, AEO, & GEO)
- E-commerce SEO: Own the organic search strategy tailored for e-commerce platforms. Optimize product pages, category pages, and technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup).
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO):



Structure content to target voice search, zero-click searches, featured snippets, and conversational queries.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Optimize the brands digital footprint to ensure visibility, inclusion, and positive citations within AI-driven search experiences and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity).
- Execute digital PR, brand mention, and citation strategies to build authority that AI engines recognize and recommend.

3. Retention & Automation (CRM)
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase nurturing) using tools like MoEngage, Brevo, and dotdigital.
- Segment the customer database effectively to deliver personalized email, SMS, and push notification campaigns.
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, and conversion metrics to improve customer retention.
