Role Description
The YouTube Growth Associate will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full time capacity, focusing on expanding Oliveboard’s presence and engagement on YouTube. This role involves planning and executing content strategies tailored for exam aspirants, coordinating video production schedules, and collaborating with faculty and internal teams to create educational and promotional content.



The associate will manage day-to-day channel operations, including uploading videos, optimizing titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and tags, and maintaining a consistent posting calendar. Responsibilities include monitoring analytics, tracking key performance metrics, and experimenting with formats to improve reach, watch time, and subscriber growth. The role also requires responding to audience feedback, aligning content with marketing campaigns, and staying updated on YouTube best practices and trends in the education space.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills to manage end-to-end creation of YouTube content.
