Position: Clinical Data Management Lead (Study Data Manager)

Location: Chandigarh, India

Experience: 8-10 Years

Qualification and Experience -

Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences.

A minimum of five years of experience in Clinical Data Management.

Must have a good understanding of clinical database structures, and data management processes.

Strong data management and computer skills

Good client-facing skills and able to handle client requests effectively. Strong negotiation skills and able to manage client expectations.

Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Skilled in application of project management best practices for the resolution of difficult operational challenges.

Robust people, time and project management skills. A true leader who excels at building a strong, collaborative team

Adaptability, with the ability to respond quickly to a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving skills.

Proactive in researching and proposing process improvements.

Good understanding of GCP principles, CDISC requirements and other regulatory standards in Clinical Research and data management.

Experience with site training
