Role Purpose:

The Sales Director – Telesales is a senior leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the company's revenue engine and full site P&L.; The incumbent will lead multiple telesales and customer experience (CX) processes within a large contact center workplace, carrying full accountability for revenue generation, site profitability, process performance, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role is the primary driver of top-line growth for the organisation and is equally responsible for building a strong bench of mid-management leaders capable of scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Business Ownership





• Own and deliver 100% of company revenue targets across all telesales and CX processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Build and execute the sales strategy, growth roadmap, and annual operating plan in alignment with organisational goals.

• Drive conversion, average order value, upsell/cross-sell penetration, and customer retention metrics across processes.

• Own the complete site P&L; in addition to revenue, with accountability for operating costs, budgeting, cost-per-sale, cost-per-FTE, and revenue-per-agent optimisation, driving profitability alongside top-line growth.

• Drive market and channel expansion by scaling the company's presence across e-commerce, telesales, and digital marketing initiatives, building an integrated multi-channel revenue strategy.

• Forecast revenue accurately and present business performance, risks, and recovery plans to the Country Head and leadership team.
