Job Title: Agriculture Executive / Nursery Manager

We are looking for a B.Sc. Agriculture graduate with relevant experience to join our plant nursery team.

Eligibility
- B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a plant nursery, horticulture, greenhouse, landscaping, or related agricultural field.
- Positive knowledge of ornamental plants, fertilizers, pesticides, and plant nutrition.
- Knowledge of nursery management, irrigation, pest & disease control, and plant propagation..

Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of nursery operations.
- Monitoring plant health, irrigation, and nutrition schedules.
- Pest and disease identification and control.
- Managing nursery staff and daily work allocation.
- Maintaining inventory of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, and nursery inputs.
- Assisting customers with plant selection and technical guidance.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel when required.
