Role Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and customer-focused Event Planner to join our team. As the face of Wanna Party, you will work closely with customers to understand their event requirements and recommend the most suitable décor themes, balloon arrangements, and celebration setups. You will manage end-to-end event coordination—from the initial consultation and décor planning to vendor coordination, scheduling, and ensuring seamless execution.



You will assist clients in bringing their celebration ideas to life while delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their event requirements, theme, budget, and preferences.
- Recommend suitable decor concepts, balloon arrangements, and party setups based on client needs.
- Prepare event quotations and assist clients in finalizing décor packages and services.
- Schedule installations, deliveries, and dismantling activities while ensuring smooth event flow.
- Maintain accurate event schedules, client records, and follow-up communications.
- Ensure every event is delivered to Wanna Party's quality standards and contributes to an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred (open to capable freshers with solid communication skills).
