Role Purpose

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounting function with a robust focus on GST compliance, statutory audits, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role will ensure accurate books of accounts, timely statutory filings, audit readiness, MIS reporting, and adherence to applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage end-to-end books of accounts and daily accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and closing of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

GST & Statutory Compliance
- Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, input tax credit (ITC),



and notices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for GST-related matters.

Statutory Audit & Financial Controls
- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare schedules, financial records, and audit documentation.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure audit readiness throughout the year.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and variance reports for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making through financial insights.

Key Deliverables
- Accurate books of accounts with timely financial closure.
- 100% compliance with GST and statutory requirements.
- Successful completion of statutory and internal audits.
- Timely MIS and financial reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- 58 years of experi
