About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and drive manufacturing operations in our engineering unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing end-to-end production activities while ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

This role requires a robust leader with hands-on experience in production planning, process improvement, team management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and engineering operations. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely delivery while achieving operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Manufacturing Operations
- Develop and execute daily, weekly,



and monthly production plans to achieve business and customer delivery targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.
- Monitor production schedules and proactively resolve bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for seamless production execution.

Production Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and build a high-performance work culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training programs, and performance reviews.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Root Cause Analysis.
