Daiichi Jitsugyo India Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee – Business Development to join our team in the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Core Electronics Industry.
The ideal candidate will support the sales and business development team in customer engagement, market research, and coordination activities related to electronics manufacturing solutions. This role provides exposure to industrial sales, electronics manufacturing technology, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in lead generation, network building,customer outreach, and follow-ups.
- Conduct initial discussions with potential customers to understand their requirements.
- Visit client offices to understand technical requirements and assist in explaining company products and solutions.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer meetings, technical discussions, and project updates.
- Support customer visits, meetings, and follow-up communication.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Assist the team in understanding customer requirements related to SMT line solutions and electronics manufacturing equipment.
- Support preparation of business reports, documentation, and internal coordination tasks.
