Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
IT Project Manager
with 7+ years of experience in managing and delivering end-to-end IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of enterprise IT projects. The candidate should be capable of leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.




- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support.
- Manage project documentation, change requests, and project governance.
- Track project KPIs, timelines, quality, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in IT Project Management.
