Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Account Executive
to manage and streamline the company's financial operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and the ability to independently handle day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts using
Tally ERP/Tally Prime
.
- Handle bank reconciliations, financial entries, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and internal financial processes.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years
of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of
Tally
and financial systems.
- Good understanding of banking procedures and accounting principles.
- Experience in handling reconciliations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools is preferred.
