Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry
- Mature experience in working in agile teams using modern technologies in back-end dev, databases &

DevOps.
- Adopt new technologies and concepts quickly and should always be interested in recent upcoming tools and

languages.
- Experience acting as a team leader for developers, including supervisory responsibilities.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional,

cohesive code.
- Deep knowledge of architectural and design patterns for business tier web development
- Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance and mentoring.
- Development of the backend services using Java, Spring boot
- Development and fine-tuning of SQL Queries
- Development of the front end applicaiton using latest versions of Angular or React




- Developing according to best practices and architecture defined the Architect Community
- Take a proactive role during backlog-refinement (grooming) sessions on solutions for the requested requirements.
- Solving incidents.
- Analyze and improve performance.
- Create documentation where appropriate.
- Planning and reporting on progress in accordance with Agile/SCRUM
- Work together with the front-end/back-end developers within the SCRUM teams. Proven experience, a mix of:
- Java 17+
- Spring Boot
- Angular 17+
- OOP and Design Patterns
- Microservices Architecture
- ANSI SQL for Oracle or MySQL
- Docker
- Amazon AWS Stack (ECS, Lambda, S3, KMS, Secret Manager etc.)
- Unit and Integration Test frameworks
- Debugging skills

Nice-to-have experience in:
- Linux
- Kubernetes
- Other Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe
- Atlassian Stack (BitBucket, SonarQube, Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo)
- GitHub Co-Pilot or similar
