Acodez IT Solutions is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can own paid media campaigns end-to-end across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other platforms. You will manage multiple client accounts spanning both e-commerce and lead-generation businesses — planning strategy, launching campaigns, optimizing spend,



and driving measurable results against explicit KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and cost-per-qualified-lead.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who lives inside ad platforms, understands the full conversion journey from click to sale/lead, and knows how to make a rupee of ad spend work harder. If you get excited by tracking pixels, conversion APIs, A/B tests, and dashboards that actually move the needle, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Execution

• Plan, build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax), LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other emerging platforms.

• Manage campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously, across both e-commerce and lead-generation objectives, without dropping quality or missing deadlines.

• Handle significant monthly ad budgets responsibly — allocating, pacing, and realloca
