Job Description

Risen Staffing Solutions is looking for an energetic and confident HR & Telecaller Associate to support our recruitment and business development activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting companies regarding their hiring requirements, speaking with job seekers, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting the day-to-day recruitment process.

Risen Staffing Solutions provides corporate staffing, general manpower, facility management, security staffing, bouncer services, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact companies and HR departments to identify current and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Introduce Risen Staffing Solutions and explain our recruitment and manpower services.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on business enquiries.
- Contact candidates regarding suitable job openings.




- Screen candidates based on their qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients after interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate details, client requirements, and interview status.
- Post job vacancies on recruitment portals, social media platforms, and relevant groups.
- Support the HR team with recruitment documentation and database management.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and placement targets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, email, and onl
