Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Billing Department located at Glorious Hospital in Ranchi. The role involves managing patient billing records, generating and reviewing invoices, and ensuring accurate posting of charges and payments. The team member will handle client billing inquiries, coordinate with medical and administrative staff to resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with hospital billing policies and regulatory standards.



Daily responsibilities also include verifying insurance details, preparing reports on billing activities, and supporting audits and reconciliations. The role requires consistent attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to timely and accurate billing processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Billing Process and Client Billing to manage patient accounts effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Invoicing and Accounting to ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess transparent Communication skills to address patient queries and collaborate with internal teams.
- Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare billing, revenue cycle, or finance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, billing software) is preferred.
