Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall execution of metro/building major & pre-stressing Structure.
- Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor planning, billing, safety, quality, and resource deployment.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues at the project level.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar construction management tools.
- Familiarity with construction safety
- Experience: Building and Metro project and pre stressing Structures
