Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented
Senior QA Engineer
with
7–8 years of experience
in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in software quality assurance processes, automation framework development using
Python
, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of quality initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software products.

Key ResponsibilitiesManual Testing
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End Testing.
- Execute manual testing across web applications and enterprise products.
- Identify, document, prioritize,



and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, test planning, and test case reviews.
- Validate software releases and ensure production readiness.
- Identify edge cases and quality risks before production deployment.

Automation Testing
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using
Python
.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using
PyTest
and
Selenium
.
- Debug and optimize automation scripts for stability and performance.
- Monitor automation execution, analyze failures, and improve automation coverage.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

API & Database Testing
- Perform REST API testing using
Postman
or similar API testing tools.
- Validate API responses, request payloads, and business logic.
