Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the company’s growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals,



and participating in client meetings. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients, managing accounts, and tracking performance metrics. The Business Development Executive will be expected to maintain accurate records in CRM or related tools, provide regular updates on pipeline status, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients.
