Role Description
This is a full-time, in office General Manager role based in Guwahati. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring smooth coordination among all departments. The role involves managing budgets, forecasting revenue, monitoring cost controls,



and maintaining financial performance aligned with company goals. The General Manager will set service standards, handle guest feedback and escalations, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience in the mid-range segment. Additional responsibilities include leading and developing staff, overseeing recruitment and training, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with senior leadership on business strategies and local marketing efforts.

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong skills in operations management, including team supervision, scheduling, and process optimization.
