Lead and scale the Data, Analytics AI charter for Digital Solutions in India. Drive adoption of the Siemens Data Cloud, strengthen the Data Factory, and deliver measurable business value through analytics, AI (including Process/Agentic AI), and automation. Shape the services and solution portfolio with a solid focus on business impact.
Build a highperforming organization and ensure strong governance, cybersecurity, and compliance. Contribute directly to the global GBS AI Data strategy and collaborate closely with IT and business customers.
Youll break new ground by:
- Service Solution Portfolio: Shape an impactful services and solutions portfolio and ensure robust, futureready technology foundations.
- Products Use Cases:Deliver a continuous AI/analytics products (e.g., Process/Agentic AI, Smart Automation) with business objectives and key results and return on investment baselines.
- Architecture partnerships:Institutionalize reference architectures and leverage strategic ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake) for scale and reuse.
- People Culture:Build a highperforming, capabilityrich DA organization; strengthen engagement, retention, and continuous learning.
