What is your role:

We are looking for
energetic and result-oriented Sales professionals who will be responsible for generating business opportunities and managing customer relationships within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
.

The ideal candidate should have
strong sales exposure in Air Freight / Sea Freight services along with the ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships
.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector.

• Generate sales leads through market visits, references, networking, and existing customer relationships.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.





• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics and freight solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers.

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements with customers.

• Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards branch and regional business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer movement within the region.

• Maintain sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline tracking on a regular basis.

• Ensure timely collection follow-up and healthy business relationships with clients.
