Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and DemandGen for international audiences
- Build market-specific campaign structures with localized keyword research, audience segmentation, and intent mapping
- Implement and optimize Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) across funnel stages
- Manage budgets efficiently across markets; monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, headlines, extensions, landing pages, and creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates
- Perform regular keyword analysis, negative keyword management, and Quality Score optimization
- Set up and maintain tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing tags
- Create performance dashboards and reports (Looker Studio/Sheets/Excel); share actionable insights with marketing leadership
- Collaborate with creative teams for ad assets; work with analytics/product teams to improve funnel conversion and attribution




- Stay updated on Google Ads features, policy changes, and best practices for international targeting

Required Qualification:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (PPC /SEM)
- Proven experience running campaigns for international markets (UK, US, GCC or ANZ)
- Strong expertise in Google Search, Display, DemandGen, and Performance Max campaigns
- Familiarity with Smart Bidding, audience targeting (Custom Intent, In-Market, Lookalike), and geo-targeting
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Google Ads Certification (Search + Measurement preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset; data-driven decision-making with focus on CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
