We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to accelerate business growth by acquiring and managing clients for our payment solutions.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring new merchants and enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth for the company's Payment Gateway and Payout solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust FinTech sales experience, an extensive network within the digital payments ecosystem, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.





Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for Payment Gateway (PG) and Payout solutions.
- Identify and acquire merchants, startups, SMEs, aggregators, e-commerce businesses, and enterprise clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including Founders, CFOs, Finance Heads, and Operations Leaders.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of acquired clients.

Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
