Job Summary Responsible for Business requirement understanding, Identifying Testing scenarios, analysis, testing support on Insurance and Group Policy Admin systems related Processes including digital Onboarding and peripheral systems (Policies Admin, Digital, Collections, Commissions and Communication systems). Closely work with delivery and business teams to solve system and Audit related issues timely. Manage Testing Strategy for automation and Regression packs. Responsible for providing quality products and supporting production issues Testing and training and managing the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
- Prepare the BRD/FSD with requirements, Current System supports, process flow mapping, re-engineering, examples with testing details covering positive and negative scenarios
- Analyze systems to identify gaps and improvement areas
- Document business processes, use cases, and data flows
- Evaluate existing workflows in the Core systems and suggest enhancements/improvements




- Identify automation opportunities and reduce manual interventions
- Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and QA teams
- Translate business needs into transparent technical specifications
- Support SIT/UAT by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes
- Maintain traceability matrices, BRDs, FSD and change logs
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and audit standards
- Undertaking business process mapping/re-engineering activities
- Work with teams to fulfil the delivery on projects that have cross-functional inter-linkages
- Work with Production support team to solve critical and Audit issues
- Responsible for providing and tracking the Project Plans for the various ongoing projects and publishing regular status updates
- Should timely escalate project slippage, risks and any other issues to immediate supervisor and stakeholders
