Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study opportunities in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities and programs.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including application documentation and university submissions.
- Guide students on visa requirements, SOPs, financial documentation, and pre-departure procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth application process.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate timely reports.
Requirements
- Minimum
3 years of experience
as an Overseas Education Counsellor.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Strong knowledge of international admission processes and visa requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is an added advantage.
