Roles Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in benefits administration and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Support HR team with data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Help maintain a positive workplace culture by participating in employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
- Support the HR team in various compliance-related tasks .




- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Master s Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field
- No standing arrears
- Excellent Communication Skills - Robust verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You will have to report to our Pune Office for this internship program
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
