We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our clients' online marketplace and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing e-commerce platforms, driving sales, optimizing product listings, and leading a team to deliver outstanding client results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and other online platforms.

Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, profitability, and customer engagement.

Optimize product listings,



including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ Content, and SEO.

Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, and marketplace compliance.

Analyze business performance using reports and KPIs, and provide actionable insights.

Coordinate with digital marketing, content, design, and development teams to execute campaigns.

Handle account health, policy compliance, customer feedback, and issue resolution.

Manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Walmart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the e-commerce team.

Prepare regular client reports and conduct business review meetings.

Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

4–8 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
