The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our hospitality portfolio while ensuring operational excellence across our existing and upcoming properties.

Your Mission

• Identify and onboard hotels, resorts, villas, and experiential stays into the Mirth Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

• Build strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, and hospitality stakeholders.





• Lead the operations and performance of our managed properties.

• Develop expansion strategies and identify high-potential hospitality opportunities across India.

• Work closely with sales, marketing, revenue management, and project teams to maximize property performance.

• Represent Mirth Hotels & Resorts at industry events, investor meetings, and hospitality forums.
