Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Trainee at MyWall will support the execution of influencer campaigns and assist in managing relationships with creators and brands. This full time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves identifying potential influencers, helping coordinate outreach, and tracking campaign performance. The trainee will assist in preparing campaign briefs, managing social media activities related to influencer collaborations,



and maintaining accurate records of partnerships and results. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting communication with creators, helping organize events or activations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Foundational knowledge or keen interest in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with awareness of current trends and platforms.
- Basic understanding of Public Relations and Sales, with the ability to support outreach, pitching, and relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics to help monitor campaign performance.
