Overview Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Associate .NET Software Engineer to join rOar, Publicis Groupe s strategic Project Management, Resource Management, and Time Tracking platform. This role is part of one of the organization s largest digital transformation initiatives, focused on building next-generation solutions using Adobe Workfront, custom SaaS applications, and Azure-based microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Azure cloud technologies, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with global teams across the Publicis ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C#. 2. Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following software engineering best practices. 3. Drive software development through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing. 4. Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.



5. Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and business requirements. 6. Build and enhance user-facing applications and client interfaces. 7. Participate in solution design and architecture discussions within a microservices-based ecosystem. 8. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. 9. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. 10. Stay current with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
