Job Title: Inside Sales Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Pune (On-site)

Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales for industrial laser marking, laser engraving, laser cutting, and laser etching solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial laser solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.




- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to maximize repeat business.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience selling industrial laser machines, laser marking systems, laser engraving, laser cutting, laser etching equipment, industrial automation, machinery, or capital equipment will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Advantages
