Job Requirements*
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing / performance engineering for enterprise applications
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter for designing scalable performance test plans (Web/HTTP, REST APIs, etc.)
- Solid understanding of performance test types: load, stress, spike, endurance/soak, scalability and when to apply each
- Proven experience in defining NFRs, SLAs/SLOs, baselines, and capacity targets with stakeholders
- Advanced experience in correlation (dynamic tokens, sessions, auth flows), parameterization, and realistic test data strategy
- Strong experience in workload modeling (arrival rates, concurrency, throughput, pacing/think time), and designing production-like scenarios
- Proficiency in JSR223 scripting (Groovy) for custom logic, dynamic data generation, request signing, and advanced assertions
- Experience in distributed testing (remote engines), execution optimization, and resource tuning
- Strong capability in results analysis: percentiles (P90/P95/P99), throughput, error budget, saturation points, and trend comparisons




- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and using version control + automation (Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on exposure to monitoring/APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana/Prometheus) and server-side correlation
- Ability to identify whether bottlenecks are in app, DB, network, infra, configuration, caching, or code paths
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations and executive summaries

- Define performance testing strategy and plan aligned to business-critical journeys and NFRs
- Design and maintain JMeter test assets: scripts, test plans, datasets, execution configurations
