Purpose :

The role holder will be part of the Product Team within Lighthouse Digital Labs, the innovation and technology arm of Lighthouse Learning. Lighthouse Learning is one of India's leading education groups, focused on building high quality early childhood and K12 learning experiences through a combination of pedagogy, innovation, and technology.

In this context, the role holder will act as the product manager for K-12 product offering (or similar digital products), responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and development to user engagement and growth. The individual will ensure that digital products align with Lighthouse Learnings vision of delivering engaging, effective, and technology-enabled learning experiences for our users & young learners.

The role requires a strong balance of product thinking, execution rigor, and customer empathy, with a focus on building impactful, scalable solutions that improve learning journeys and drive measurable user engagement and growth.

Role and responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy & Planning
- Define, own,



and manage product vision and roadmap.
- Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Translate business objectives into transparent product requirements.
- Plan product development cycles, including MVPs and sprint roadmaps.
- Prepare business cases for new product or technology initiatives.

2. Execution & Delivery
- Develop detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive Agile product development (sprints, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end system validation.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features within defined SLAs.
- Manage change requests and production issues effectively.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the single point of contact for internal & external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to identify problems and align on solutions.
