Requirements, Skills & Competencies
- Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.
- 612 years of experience in market development, business development, or strategic sales.
- Experience in the electrical, construction, or industrial products sector is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in managing regional or branch-level market development initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
