Role- Executive/ Senior Executive- MIS

1. We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our Risk team. The role is central to building and maintaining reporting that supports credit decisioning, portfolio monitoring, and risk management across our lending book. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, has solid Excel/SQL skills, and can translate raw loan-level data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build,



and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards covering portfolio performance, delinquency, and collections

• Conduct vintage and cohort-based delinquency analysis (DPD buckets, MOB tracking, roll-rate and chain-ladder triangles)

• Extract, clean, and validate data from core lending systems and internal databases using SQL

• Automate recurring reports to reduce manual (Excel-based) effort and improve turnaround time

• Partner with credit risk, business, and collections teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs

• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across reporting layers, perform periodic reconciliations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, analytics, or credit risk (NBFC/BFSI/fintech background preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, COUNTIFS/SU
