Job Description – Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing & Communications

Reports To: Head of Department / Head – Marketing

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
- Diploma or Certification in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field from a recognized institute.

Experience
- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the education, media, advertising, or corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete graphic design process, from understanding requirements to conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual content, including illustrations, logos, layouts, brochures, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and photographs.
- Conceptualize and design creative materials based on briefs provided by the Head of Department while ensuring alignment with the school's branding guidelines.
- Design and format school publications, including newsletters, magazines, annual reports, prospectuses, event collaterals, certificates,



and marketing materials.
- Select appropriate typography, layouts, colours, spacing, and formatting to enhance visual appeal and readability.
- Coordinate with the Head of Department and relevant stakeholders to produce the final design and layout of publications and promotional materials.
- Ensure all artwork is print-ready by maintaining appropriate colour profiles, image resolutions, fonts, paper specifications, and printing standards.
- Perform image editing, retouching, formatting, and optimization for both print and digital platforms.
- Review and implement proof corrections accurately before final production.
- Develop creative concepts and cutting-edge visual solutions that effectively communicate the school's vision, values, and brand identity.
