UX UI Developer

Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Hyderabad OR Bangalore

Timings : Regular working hours, hybrid mode of work

Yrs of Exp: 7+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build the AIUX framework using Lit web components, setting patterns and standards for reuse
- Lead the migration of existing UIB workspace pages into AIUX experiences
- Drive architecture decisions on components, state, styling, and platform API integration
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, Build Agent)



as the primary way to scaffold, generate, and iterate on apps and pages
- Review code and mentor developers on Lit best practices and AI-assisted workflows
- Partner with product, design, and architecture teams to turn UX requirements into working components
- Troubleshoot front-end issues across performance, compatibility, and platform integration

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years front-end development, strong JavaScript/TypeScript depth
- Production experience with Lit (or native Web Components or similar)
- Strong grasp of component-driven architecture, data-modelling and api design
- Demonstrated speed and skill using AI coding assistants to build real apps/pages — not optional for this role
- ServiceNow platform experience a robust plus (UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, Fluent)
- Solid understanding of front-end performance, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience leading or men
