Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sourcing executives.
- Generate leads through brokers and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong CP relationships.
- Drive site visits and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Requirements:
- 7 - 10 years of real estate sourcing experience.
- Minimum 12 years of team handling experience on paper.
- Robust knowledge of the KDMC/Thane market.
