Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Concur Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP Concur solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead full-cycle implementation of SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request).
- Configure system policies, workflows, approval hierarchies, and business rules.
- Coordinate with SAP Concur support teams and internal stakeholders for technical setup.
- Set up integrations with HR, ERP systems, and payment providers.
- Manage data migration activities.

Process Design & Optimization:
- Analyze current T&E; processes and design optimized workflows.
- Define and implement expense policies, audit rules, and compliance controls.
- Streamline reimbursement processes.

Project Management:
- Develop project plans, timelines,



and milestones.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops.
- Monitor project progress and ensure successful deployment.
- Manage UAT and issue resolution.

Training & Change Management:
- Create training materials and communication plans.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and finance teams.
- Support post-go-live stabilization.

Support & Maintenance:
- Serve as the primary administrator for SAP Concur.
- Troubleshoot system issues.
- Evaluate new features, patches, and releases.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 37 years of experience with SAP Concur implementation.
- Robust understanding of T&E; processes.
- Experience configuring SAP Concur modules.
- Knowledge of integrations using API, SFTP, or middleware.

Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Concur Certification.
- Experience with
