Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Field Technician role based in Howrah. The Field Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of IT hardware, network devices, and CCTV systems at client locations.



Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring that systems and equipment are properly configured and functioning. The role involves documenting work performed, maintaining service records, and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams about technical findings and recommended solutions. The Field Technician will also support hardware upgrades, assist in deploying new infrastructure, and follow safety and quality standards while working in the field.

Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in IT hardware installation, troubleshooting, and servicing, including desktops, laptops, and related peripherals.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, cabling, configuration of routers and switches, and network diagnostics.
