Role Description
The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, Work from home role based in Gujarat, India. This role involves managing end-to-end tender and bid processes, including reviewing tender documents, analyzing eligibility criteria,
and preparing compliant bid submissions for public and institutional clients. The Tendering Specialist will coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, draft and refine proposals, and ensure all documentation meets portal and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking relevant tenders, maintaining bid calendars, supporting bid audits, and assisting in pricing and risk assessments. The role also includes regular interaction with clients and authorities, participation in pre-bid discussions where required, and maintaining accurate records of submitted bids and outcomes.
