The Role - Performance Marketing Manager

You'll own paid media strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of clients - D2C brands, service businesses, and GCC-market accounts. This isn't a "manage the campaigns and send a report" role. You'll be expected to think like a growth partner, communicate like a consultant, and deliver like an expert.

What you'll do:

? Plan and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end - from strategy to daily optimisation

? Own performance targets - ROAS, CPL, CAC - and know exactly what levers to pull when numbers slip

? Lead client communication - monthly reviews, performance reports, and difficult conversations done well

? Mentor a team of junior media buyers and hold them to a high standard





? Stay sharp - algorithm changes, new ad formats, GCC market nuances - you'll be ahead of it

What we're looking for:

✅ 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (agency experience preferred)

✅ Proven track record of managing ₹10L+ monthly ad spend with measurable results

✅ Robust grasp of tracking - Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion events

✅ Excellent client communication - written and spoken English, professional and confident

✅ Experience with D2C, e-commerce, or GCC/UAE market campaigns is a strong plus

✅ Someone who takes ownership - not someone who waits to be told what to do
