About the Role

We are building a dedicated branded micro-drama partnership business selling brand-integrated short-form serialised drama formats to FMCG, D2C, and lifestyle brands. Micro-drama is one of the fastest-growing storytelling categories in India and globally, and we are scaling it as a quota-carrying revenue line.

This is a senior IC sales role for someone who knows how to sell branded content as a narrative not as a media buy. You will own end-to-end relationships with brand marketers and creative agencies, pitching micro-drama integrations from concept to close.

What You’ll Own




- A monthly revenue quota across micro-drama integrations, branded series, and IP partnerships
- A live book of brand and agency relationships, brought into the role from day one
- End-to-end deal cycle: outreach concept pitch script and integration brief commercial close handover to production
- Category narrative-building: educating brand marketers on why micro-drama beats traditional branded content in storytelling, recall, and watch-time
- Quarterly forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline
- Partnership renewals and account expansion across an evergreen book

What You’ll Bring
- 10–15 years in branded content, content IP sales, integrated marketing solutions, or digital media sales
- Demonstrated track record of carrying and hitting annual revenue quota of 4.5 Cr+
