Youll create impact by
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of micro segmentation and Special Network services across design, transition, operation, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver secure, stable, and compliant services aligned with Zero Trust principles and organisational cybersecurity strategy.
- Manage service catalogue, service models, and introduce new use cases, technologies, and service enhancements.
- Oversee operational performance, ensuring service availability, stability, and accuracy of segmentation policies and configurations.
- Coordinate incident, problem, and major incident management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Drive service optimisation through automation, standardisation,



and data-driven continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and report SLAs and KPIs, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and business units to align requirements, manage changes, and deliver reliable network services.
