Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced L2 support for Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving pods, deployments, networking, routing, and storage.
- Perform detailed RCA (Root Cause Analysis), implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor cluster health using builtin observability tools and must-gather packages.
- Manage deployments, scaling, rollouts, and application lifecycle operations.
- Collaborate with L1, developers, and crossfunctional teams for issue resolution.
- Manage multicluster environments using OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).
- Maintain system security alignment with SCCs, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
