Role & responsibilities
- Provide oversight and manage various sized projects, executing the following responsibilities: development and management of project plans, definition and delivery of individual project deliverables, manage stakeholder expectations, manage project relationships, and communicate and manage tasks to a schedule
- Establish projects, tasks and enhancements in JIRA
- Manage prioritization across all projects, tasks and enhancements
- Manage project execution and contingency planning
- Work with all project stakeholders to identify risks, and socialize throughout the project lifecycle, identifying mitigation strategies
- Provide status reporting across all active initiatives in the portfolio of work on a bi-weekly basis
- Constantly review management and execution processes, identifying areas of improvement
- Review project requirements as they are developed to ensure completeness
- Ensure all work products are delivered according to schedule and budget,



and ensure all supporting project artifacts are maintained
- Showcase analytical and problem-solving skills
- Develop solid working relationships and proactively communicate with teammates, and internal and/or external customers; adapt communication style and methods to meet the needs of diverse audiences
- Broad knowledge of Asset Management and Investment Operations with emphasis on middle and back-office processes; knowledge of how end-to-end processes and capabilities across operational functions are linked
- History of working across Operations and Technology to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions and plans
- Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
- Effectively manage multiple priorities
