and onboarding programs Coordinate induction schedules for corporate, factory, and warehouse employees 2. HR Operations, Statutory compliance & Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain employee master data, personal files, and digital records in HRMS Lead attendance, leave, and shift data validation in coordination with factory and warehouse teams Lead in payroll input collation, verification, and coordination with Accounts / Payroll vendors issuance of HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfers, and exits) Ensure timely updating and accuracy of HR records for audits and reviews Lead and drive statutory compliances independently, ware house, factory & Corporate office 3.
