Job Title: Product Owner (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain technology solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams, ensuring product initiatives deliver measurable business value while aligning with organizational objectives. This role requires robust expertise in Agile product ownership, backlog management, roadmap planning, and requirements gathering, along with a solid understanding of Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, and Supply Chain operations. The successful candidate will drive product vision, prioritize business needs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The position requires collaboration with US-based stakeholders and flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when required.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership




- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Define and communicate product vision, objectives, and roadmap to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and defects to maximize business value and customer outcomes.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for product requirements and backlog prioritization.
- Balance business expectations, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and technical considerations.

Agile Delivery & Product Development
- Create and maintain detailed user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
