Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets for model training
- Implement and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments
- Develop natural language processing (NLP) applications
- Build computer vision and image recognition systems
- Optimize model performance and accuracy through iterative testing
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into applications
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques
- Document technical specifications and model architectures




- Stay current with AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in machine learning and AI development
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
- Knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform)
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices
- Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, statistics, probability)
- Experience with big data technologies is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
